Leo Stevens and Ben Halsey, both housing development specialists from Sharratts, join Devonshires, enhancing the 58-strong team led by Jonathan Corris and Triya Maicha.
Leo and Ben bring expertise in advising registered providers on property and development matters, including disposal, acquisition, finance, and planning.
The hires, based in Devonshires’ London office, mark another step in the firm's growth journey. Earlier, 11 lawyers were promoted to partner and Mark London appointed senior partner.
