With 22 years of experience in law, Caroline brings her expertise as an employment law specialist to strengthen the firm's growing team.

Caroline's extensive background spans various sectors, including food, education, and the public sector. Her proficiency covers a wide spectrum of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts, and senior executive service agreements.

As a partner, Caroline will collaborate closely with Wilkin Chapman's head of employment, Oliver Tasker, and join the team of 10 employment law specialists across the firm's offices in Grimsby, Lincoln, and Beverley.

Caroline holds a degree in law from Sheffield Hallam University and completed her Legal Practice Course at the York College of Law. With her keen awareness of the complexities of employment law, Caroline's previous role as a partner at a large commercial law firm in Hull further enriches her expertise.

Based at Wilkin Chapman's Grimsby office, Caroline will collaborate closely with the firm's team across Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire, leveraging her wealth of experience to deliver exceptional legal counsel to clients. Her appointment reaffirms Wilkin Chapman's commitment to providing top-tier legal services and fostering strong client relationships.
